play time

Most afternoons it's just me and my girls. I thought with just the three of us the house would be quieter and stay cleaner. WRONG!
I think the girls make bigger messes than the boys ever did and as far as quieter goes, they have volume level that can blow your eardrums out. The up side is they play together. Really well together. I love to watch the two of them play. The boys play together too but playing usually turn into ruff-housing, them fights and the tear follow.

In September Ella will start all day kindergarden. I wonder how the house will feel come the fall?

handmade

I order the girls some handmade winter hat and ohhh, they are so very lovely. I placed a custom order less than a week ago. The colors are bright and the yarn is very soft, they were really affordable too. Only $15.00 each. I know winter is almost over but really here in Michigan you need a good winter hat well into May. The hat were beautifully made by Keisa. She take custom order HERE. I am so happy with the way the girls hats turned out I might need one for myself. Thanks Keisa.

northern girls

When I think of the south I think of little souther girls in BIG hair bow. I know this is a bit stereotypical but that just were my mind goes. Southern Bells with thier hair done up and BIG BIG bows, I love it!

We, however are Northern girls, south central Michigan to be more precise. And my norther ladies needed some BIG bows too. Yesterday I washed and folded laundry, cleaned house, played with my kiddos, did homework and reading with the boys, cooked chicken alfredo for dinner and managed to make my ladies a couple of fun bows.

I made Ella funky fun bows.
Penny got red and black stacked bows
I think more BIG bow will be in my little girls future.

girls will be girls

Growing up I fought with my two sister constantly. I hoped that my girls would be the best of friend growing up and continue to be close as adults. Howevery girls will be girls.
This was snack time a few days ago. Ella keep giving Penelope the stink eye because she wouldn't chew with her mouth closed and Penelope who still only has a hand full of word in her vocabulary was yelling what I can only guess to be baby obscenity back at her.
Best of freind or worst of enemies? Probably both.

I'M IN LOVE!

I'm sorry. Three post in one day is overkill but I'm in love. They are so cute how can you not love them? Every day I look forward to watching them grow, learn, play, become friends and some times foes. I look at them and see blessings and answered prayers and promises that are yet to be fulfilled. I often ask my self why? Why me? Why am I deserving of their love? But why are any of us deserving of love?
CHRIST!
Because of him I get to love them and they get to love me and we are all loved, always!
